We want you to love your Ringo products! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days.

Return & Exchange Policy.

• Condition: Items should be in completely unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange
  
  
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees aren’t refundable. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
  
  

• Refunds: Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take up to 7 business days once processed.

A Few Extra Things to Know

• Non-Ringo Items: Only send Ringo products, we can’t process non-Ringo items.
  
  

• Complete Returns: If your order included promotional or free items, please return everything to receive a full refund.
  
  

• Ineligible Items: Personalized items, warranty claim orders, and certain limited edition items aren’t eligible for returns or refunds.
  
  

• Drop-Off Receipts: Keep your receipt for peace of mind. If there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
